RBI Project Engineer

The RBI Project Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Performing RBI analyzes on fixed equipment, pressure relief devices and heat exchanger tube bundles.
  • Managing resources to implement and deliver RBI projects on time and on budget.
  • Leading onsite process overview and inspection planning meetings with clients.
  • Assisting in technology and software development.
  • Developing engineering support to other groups within the Company.

Candidates must have 2-7 years of experience in the oil refining or petrochemical industry and a BS Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering from an accredited university. This is a highly responsible position with significant client interaction. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel to client's sites. PE license a plus.

Experienced Engineer

The ideal candidate would have 10+ years experience in the refining and/or chemical industry, preferably with an operating company, with proven technical skills in the areas of materials and corrosion, Risk-Based Inspection and/or Fitness-For-Service. Effective communication skills at all levels within a client business organization is required.

Mid-Level Engineer

The ideal candidate would have 3 to 5 years experience in the refining and/or chemical industry, preferably with an operating company, with strong skill levels in mechanical or materials/corrosion engineering and exposure to materials and corrosion, Risk-Based Inspection, Fitness-For-Service or plant application of inspection technologies. Individual must be able to take initiative and be self-motivated while working largely independently on plant problem recognition and resolution.
