CIPC’s Programs:

Cleveland International Piano Competition & Festival

Twelve days of exquisite performances, informative symposia, and can’t-miss parties at the Cleveland Museum of Art and Severance Hall. Audiences experience the best of the best, and the First Prize winner takes home a prize of $50,000, a Carnegie Hall recital debut, a recording on the Steinway & Sons label, and the launch of a United States concert career. The next Competition and Festival will be held in 2016.

CIPC Young Artists Competition

An international competition for pianists between the ages of 12 and 18 that seeks to develop the performance capabilities of young piano students, renew their commitment to piano studies, and provide an important learning and development experience.

CIPC ArtsConnect is a music outreach program presented by the Cleveland International Piano Competition. Working with a group of top-tier professional artists, CIPC ArtsConnect brings concerts directly to people who have limited access to traditional concert venues. Open performances in nursing homes, hospitals, hospices, community centers, and schools – many of which welcome the public – provide a way for extraordinary music to reach all members of our community.

Shaker Schools Foundation

One of the ways we show pride and appreciation for our great community is by donating to the Shaker Schools Foundation, which helps to fund and provide resources for Shaker Heights City Schools. The foundation contributes substantially to the areas of academia, arts, technology, health and fitness, and special initiatives. Each year, E2G donates to and actively participates in the high school engineering program hosted by the foundation.

Shaker Heights Development District

This non-profit corporation actively works to enhance neighborhood revitalization efforts of our city. To give back to our community, we contribute not only through donations, but through involvement, promoting awareness, and supporting the cause.

Fundraising for Cancer

E2G and our employees actively engage with a number of charitable endeavors that support the fight against cancer. These charities promote awareness and education, invest in research, provide medical assistance, and support services for those impacted by the disease.

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is known for bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope. E2G recognizes the need to eliminate substandard housing in our local communities through construction and rehabilitation to revitalize our neighborhoods; in response, we contribute to Cleveland’s non-profit sector to provide financial support for a cause dear to our hearts.

Zygote Press

Zygote Press is an artist workshop promoting contemporary fine-art printing. This small but successful organization is representative of the expanding art community within Shaker Heights and promotes the creative culture that spans throughout all of Cleveland. E2G supports and contributes to Zygote Press so they can give artist printmakers affordable access to facilities. Here, artists create new work, audiences explore new ideas, and collaborations strengthen our community.

United Way of Canada

In support of our valued colleagues and clients in Canada, who are rebuilding after the devastating effects of the wildfires that have ravaged so much of the region, E2G donated to the United Way of Canada to provide aide to affected communities.

COAR Peace Mission

The Children’s Village in the Comunidad Oscar Arnulfo Romero (COAR), in Zaragoza, El Salvador, is home to many orphaned and deprived children in great need of health care, schooling, and loving foster families. The COAR Peace Mission provides full financial support for the COAR Children’s Village and other projects committed to assisting Salvadoran children who are displaced or are victims of poverty, drugs, and gang violence. To show our support for this amazing charity, E2G donates biannually and promotes awareness of their dire need for assistance.
