2005 – E2G moved the corporate headquarters to the Tower East in Shaker Heights, Ohio

2012 – E2G became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)
2014 – E2G purchased 25% of the historic Tower East office building
2015 – E2G purchased the remaining 75% of the historic Tower East office building
Tower East, the home office of E2G|The Equity Engineering Group, Inc., is a prominent landmark in the community and holds the distinction of being the last building in the United States designed by renowned architect Walter Gropius. Tower East was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

- The two-story rectangular building comes together with freestanding concrete columns that support the main tower’s 12 stories.
- The modular design consists of precast concrete towers that have a grid-like design that reflects the International Style that Gropius popularized. Tower East is identified by its functional modern aesthetic, which features angled sunshades.
