Mr. Cisneros’ focus since 2009 has been on Risk-Based Inspection. Prior to his employment with Equity Engineering, he was employed as an MI Inspector for improvement projects, worked in Project Management, served as a Turnaround Inspection Manager, and has worked numerous RBI implementation projects.
As the Operations Manager for a large PCMS implementation group, Mr. Cisneros was responsible for organizing and facilitating project planning, as well as ensuring the development teams practice the core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. In this role, he facilitated productivity by ensuring that the team has all of the necessary tools to succeed.
Mr. Cisneros is recognized for his background in the collection, organization, and validation of mechanical integrity related data. He has extensive knowledge of and experience in API 581 inspection planning, damage modeling, and consequence evaluation which has assisted clients with the use and development of PCMS RBI programs. This experience, coupled with his effective management style and database and computing talents, makes Mr. Cisneros a strong leader for the PCMS RBI Technical Group.
